Magnetek, Inc. Announces New Elevator Application Engineer for Asia-Pacific
MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. ─ March 2, 2017 ─ Magnetek, a leading designer and manufacturer of elevator drives, today announced the addition of Hariprasadh Rajasekaran as an Application Engineer for its Elevator Drives business in the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Rajasekaran will oversee product start-ups, provide product training, and act as a technical resource in the Asia-Pacific region including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, Shanghai, and Australia.
“We are extremely pleased Hari has agreed to join our team and believe he will be instrumental in advancing the adoption of our state-of-the-art elevator drives in the Asia-Pacific region. He will provide customers with superb technical service and support,” said Ed Butte, director of Magnetek’s elevator drives business. “Hari will be reporting to Vincent Hoe, Magnetek’s Asia-Pacific Business Development Manager, and will be able to provide on-site support to current and new customers.”
Mr. Rajasekaran earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from RVD University and completed a three year course in Mechatronics from NTTF Institute. He previously worked at Fuji Electric Asia Pacific Ltd. as a Senior Service Engineer, providing customer support and service engineering in the Asia-Pacific region.
