MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. - July 17, 2009 - On August 12, 2009, before commencement of trading on the New York Stock Exchange, Magnetek, Inc. (“Magnetek” or “the Company”) (NYSE:MAG) will announce the results of its 2009 fourth quarter and fiscal year, which ended on June 28, 2009.
